I have had a 20+ year love affair with Ranch dressing. Seriously. That stuff is amazingly delicious and it does not seem to matter what I tell myself about how disgusting it is for my body. When I learned that I needed to change my diet in order to combat some health issues (read more here) I thought I would lose my mind having to find the perfect, “healthy”, salad dressing. With salad being one of my only food choices, I knew I had to find something delicious. One day, I was telling my friend about my drastic diet changes and she suggested this delicious salad dressing. With a lot of hesitation, I tried it. O.M.G. Thank you Rebekah for enlightening my taste buds! They will never be the same!
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Italian spices
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Mix olive oil and lemon juice together. Add spices and let sit for 20 minutes for best flavor. Drizzle on salad, and enjoy!
